Amos Weinberg is a New York State attorney since 1978, whose practice consists of contract and collection litigation
on a 25% contingent fee basis.
A presiding judge of the Manhattan Civil Court noted that his firm had the most cases in the court system. Admitted in both the Eastern and Southern District federal courts, he has served as a trustee in bankruptcy, and a civil court arbitrator. He has been quoted in numerous publications including New York Magazine.
The industries he most represented are staffing and placement agencies and no-fault insurance health service providers. His cases have created new rights, never before recognized in New York, for personal and temporary agencies to obtain fees and for unpaid no-fault claimants.
An associate member of NYATS, and supporter of APCNY since 1985, he is a frequent speaker before various APCNY groups on issues of recovering and protecting fees.
